Paulinho’s exit from Tottenham is disappointing considering his potential

The ESPN FC crew give their top three strikers in the Premier League last season with names of Sergio Aguero, Diego Costa and Wayne Rooney topping the charts, but will Harry Kane continue his fine form into the 2015/16 season? While Tottenham must strengthen this summer and sign players in key positions, it is almost equally important to move the mass of deadwood on.
They have made a good start. The transfer window has technically not even opened yet but the club have already signed Austrian centre-back Kevin Wimmer and Burnley right-back Kieran Trippier to boost the problematic defensive area, while recouping the outlay with the sale of the unwanted Paulinho. Indeed, they are around £2m in profit so far.
